We print and embroider clothing for charities, fundraising groups and people taking on challenges for a good cause. Event t-shirts, running vests, volunteer hoodies, staff uniforms and merchandise are all made in-house, with a proof before production and delivery anywhere in the UK.

What we make for charities

  • Fundraising event t-shirts for fun runs, sponsored walks, cycle rides and challenge days.
  • Running vests and technical tees printed with your charity logo and a runner's name. Polyester sports fabrics are usually printed with DTF.
  • Volunteer clothing: hoodies, fleeces and hi-vis vests.
  • Staff and shop uniforms: embroidered polos, sweatshirts and aprons for charity shops and cafés.
  • Merchandise to sell or give away: t-shirts, tote bags and caps.

Keeping costs down

Options for charity orders:

  • Small teams: DTF and DTG printing have no minimum.
  • Larger events: screen printing from 25 pieces. Screens are £25 each.
  • Choose a simple design. Fewer colours and one print position go a long way.
  • Order once. Collecting everyone's sizes before you order avoids paying for small top-up runs.
  • Pick the right blank. We can suggest budget-friendly garments, and organic and sustainable options if that matters to your supporters.

Brand guidelines

Many charities have strict brand guidelines. Send us your logo files, Pantone references and any rules about clear space and placement, and we'll follow them on the proof. Screen printing can mix inks to Pantone references; digital print gets as close as the CMYK process allows, and we'll tell you if a colour may shift.

Lead time

Typically 5–7 working days from approval and payment, subject to stock. Express delivery is available. If your event has a fixed date, tell us when you ask for a quote and we'll confirm the dispatch date.
