Choosing the right method
Embroidery is the hardest-wearing choice for staffwear and crests on polos and sweatshirts, from 8 pieces with a one-off £20 digitising charge. For leavers hoodies, a printed list of names on the back is usually done by DTF or screen printing, with the crest embroidered or printed on the front. Making ordering easy
- Size lists and names. Send us a spreadsheet with each person's name and size, and we'll pack in that order or by class or form group.
- Size samples. We can help you check fit before a whole year group orders.
- Repeat orders. Your logo, garments and positions are kept on file for future orders.
- Proof first. You approve a visual proof before anything is printed or stitched, including the spelling of every name.

Typically 5–7 working days from approval and payment, subject to stock. Express delivery is available. For leavers hoodies, collect names and sizes early and send them in one go. Set a cut-off date for students and parents. If you're aiming for the last week of term, tell us the date when you ask for a quote.
