Embroidery or print for site wear?

Embroidery is the most durable option for polos, sweatshirts, fleeces and softshells, and looks professional on client sites. It starts at 8 pieces, with a one-off £20 digitising charge for your logo. Large back prints on hi-vis and jackets are usually printed. Screen printing suits bigger runs from 25 pieces (£25 per screen), and DTF suits small runs and technical fabrics, with no minimum.

Branding hi-vis properly

Hi-vis is certified to a standard that depends on the amount of fluorescent material and reflective tape. We place logos so they don't cover the reflective tape, and we keep print sizes within what the garment allows. Check the class your site requires, and we'll confirm whether your logo size and position are suitable for the chosen garment.

Reordering and new starters

Construction teams change often. Once your logo is digitised and your garments are agreed, we keep the details on file. You can order a single new starter's kit or top up sizes. Our guide on how to brief a workwear order explains what to send us.

Lead time

Typically 5–7 working days from approval and payment, subject to stock. Express delivery is available. Confirm the dispatch date on your quote if you're kitting out a new site or a new team.

Frequently asked questions

Can you put our logo on hi-vis?

Yes. We print or embroider hi-vis, placing logos so they don't cover the reflective tape or reduce the garment's visibility rating.

What's the minimum order for embroidered workwear?

Our embroidery minimum is 8 pieces, and you can mix garment types within that.

How long does a workwear order take?

Typically 5–7 working days from approval and payment, subject to stock. Express delivery is available.

Can we order one set for a new starter?

Once your logo is digitised and garments are agreed, small top-up orders are straightforward. Digital print has no minimum; embroidery has a minimum of 8 pieces per order.

Which method lasts longest on site?

Embroidery is generally the hardest-wearing. Properly cured screen prints are also very durable.
