Method
Screen printing
Spot colour, team runs and workwear marks built for volume and longevity. We will say if digital or embroidery is the better fit for the fabric or the quantity.
Screen printing is often the efficient method for larger runs and for bold, simple marks that need to last. Team kits, promotional drops and many workwear back prints sit here naturally.
Where screen shines
- Team and event clothing in meaningful quantities
- Workwear and promotional clothing with clear brand colours
- Colour matched to the brief
- Combined with embroidery when a chest logo and a printed back both matter
How a screen job runs
- Brief - garment, colours, quantity, sizes and deadline.
- Method check - we confirm screen is right, or steer you to digital or embroidery.
- Artwork and proof - placement agreed before we print.
- Print, check, pack - finished kit ready for UK despatch.
Common questions
When is screen better than digital?
Screen usually wins on volume and on strong spot-colour marks. Digital (DTF, DTG or vinyl) often wins on short runs, photographic detail and mixed small batches. Related: digital printing and embroidery.
Can you mix print and embroidery?
Yes. Many jobs need both - for example an embroidered chest logo with a screen-printed back.
